Though "Waker" has only existed for one year, we can date back to 2003, the start of it all.
Chase and Conor meet at 10 years old in 5th grade after both moving to Colorado. The two start sharing their similar music interests & form a middle school band.
After getting tired of sending each other music material back and forth through the internet, Conor moves to Nashville & joins Chase at Belmont University to reconstruct their musical ambitions & start a band.
Conor meets Ryan Ladd
Bader, Kelly, & Ladd become a band named Koa
They begin recording their debut EP, "Cool It Down", with Chase on drums
Will Youngclaus joins the band as the drummer
Alex Mathews joins the band on saxophone
